Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with hands-on AI automation experience to ensure the highest quality standards for our AI-powered sales platform. You'll leverage AI code development tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to design, build, and maintain automated test suites that cover complex workflows across our platform — from signal detection to multi-channel outreach orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automated test suites using AI-assisted code development tools
• Build complex test automation workflows for multi-step AI-driven sales processes
• Leverage AI code tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate test creation and maintenance
• Develop AI-powered test generation strategies to maximize coverage of edge cases
• Automate regression testing across the full platform — APIs, UI, data pipelines, and AI model outputs
• Create and maintain CI/CD test pipelines with automated quality gates
• Collaborate with ML engineers to validate AI model behavior, accuracy, and drift detection
• Build monitoring and alerting systems for production quality metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA engineering experience with strong automation focus
• Proven experience using AI code development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) to automate complex workflows
• Expert-level proficiency with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium)
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
• Experience automating API testing (REST, GraphQL) and data validation
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
• Ability to design test strategies for non-deterministic AI/ML system outputs
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with excellent attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience testing AI/ML products or LLM-based applications
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and evaluating LLM outputs
• Experience with load/performance testing tools (k6, Artillery)
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG pipeline testing
• Background in sales technology or B2B SaaS platforms
