Python AI Engineer

About the Role

We're seeking a Python AI Engineer to build and deploy cutting-edge AI systems that power our sales intelligence platform. You'll work on LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered features using Python
• Build and optimize LLM integrations and prompt engineering
• Develop RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems
• Create intelligent data processing pipelines
• Collaborate with ML engineers on model deployment

Requirements

• 4+ years of Python development experience
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar platforms
• Knowledge of sales/marketing AI applications
• Background in NLP or conversational AI
