Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

Join our ML team to build and improve the AI models that power Prospectory's intelligent sales platform. You'll work on NLP, lead scoring, and personalization systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML models for sales intelligence
• Build NLP systems for content generation and analysis
• Design and implement lead scoring algorithms
• Optimize model performance and accuracy
• Collaborate with product team on AI features

Requirements

• 3+ years of ML engineering experience
• Strong Python skills and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with NLP and LLMs
• Understanding of MLOps and model deployment
• Strong mathematical and statistical background

Nice to Have

• Experience with sales/marketing AI applications
• Knowledge of RAG systems
• Publications in ML/AI conferences
