GTM Engineer - AI SaaS

About the Role

We're looking for a GTM Engineer to help build and optimize our go-to-market infrastructure. You'll work at the intersection of engineering and sales, building tools and integrations that power our sales team's success.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GTM technical infrastructure
• Build integrations with CRM and sales tools
• Develop automation workflows for sales processes
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on technical requirements
• Optimize data pipelines for lead enrichment and scoring

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience with SaaS GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Understanding of sales and marketing processes
• Experience with APIs and data integration

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML products
• Background in sales operations or revenue operations
• Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery)
