Product Manager – AI SaaS

About Us

Prospectory is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup revolutionizing outbound sales through intelligent automation. We help sales teams break through the noise with personalized, scalable outreach that builds trust, saves time, and drives revenue. Our platform empowers companies to prospect smarter, turning guesswork into strategy, and effort into accelerating revenue.

We’re a small, driven team fueled by curiosity, creativity, and a bias toward action. If you’re excited by the idea of building impactful products at the intersection of sales tech and AI, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, we’d love to meet you.

Role Overview

We're seeking a sharp, collaborative, and customer-obsessed Product Manager to help shape the future of our platform. You'll own core product areas from discovery to delivery while working cross-functionally with design, engineering, founders, and go-to-market teams. You’ll help us translate messy customer problems into elegant solutions, define our roadmap, and ship high-impact features that move the business forward.

This role comes with a high degree of ownership and decision-making authority. You’ll have a major say in roadmap priorities and product direction, and your work will directly shape how our users experience Prospectory.

Where We Are Now

We’ve built our core platform, onboarded pilot users, and are actively transitioning those pilots into paid customers. With early revenue traction and strong interest from enterprise users, we’re now focused on productizing key workflows and scaling with purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product planning and execution across one or more key product areas.
  • Lead discovery efforts with customers to identify pain points and prioritize features.
  • Write clear, actionable specs and partner closely with engineering and design to deliver value iteratively.
  • Define and track success metrics for your features and use data to make decisions.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to support launches, enable sales, and gather market feedback.
  • Communicate product strategy and updates to stakeholders clearly and regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape, and use that insight to inform product direction.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or sales tech.
  • Proven ability to take products from 0→1 and/or scale existing features in startup environments.
  • Experience writing clear product requirements, managing roadmaps, and leading agile teams.
  • Deep curiosity about customers and a strong intuition for great UX.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; you can build alignment across functions.
  • Analytical mindset with a bias toward metrics, experimentation, and learning.
  • Bonus: Background in sales tools, CRM systems, or AI-driven platforms.

Why Prospectory

  • Help shape a product and company from the early stages.
  • High autonomy and ownership over your work.
  • Work with a mission-driven team that values curiosity, clarity, and thoughtful execution.
  • Fully remote team with flexibility and trust at the core of our culture.
  • Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and the opportunity to build something lasting.

We Believe In

Human-centered technology. While we use AI to scale outreach, we deeply value respect, trust, and personalization. We're not building just another spam engine — we're building tools that empower humans to connect meaningfully and sell with confidence.

VOLUNTARY SELF-IDENTIFICATION OF DISABILITY

Form CC-305, OMB Control Number 1250-0005, Expires 4/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
